Silver Bottles
Although most people associate bottles with glass, bottles can also be made in pottery and metal. Silver bottles are extremely collectible items.
Bottles are containers for liquids and can include perfume bottles and hip flasks.
Silver perfume or scent bottles can be very elaborate. Georgian scent bottles or smelling salt bottles are extremely desirable and rare and so are Art Nouveau and Art Deco bottles.
Bottles of this type may be made completely of silver, silver coated with gold which is often called gilded silver or they may be made of glass with decorative silver mounts.
